I've worked across print and digital magazines on both sides of the Atlantic, after moving from New York to London in 2019. For eight years I reported from backstage at fashion weeks in New York, Milan, and Paris. I worked on photoshoots with beauty industry legends (Oribe was a highlight), helped execute the industry's largest beauty awards, and been tapped as an expert for television, radio, and podcasts. 

 

Before entering the editorial world, I got a behind-the-scenes look at the inner workings of a beauty company while an assistant at a small fragrance company in lower Manhattan. As a former professional dancer, I know my way around a can of hairspray and pair of fake lashes, and could contour my cheekbones before Instagram told us it was cool. Most recently, I worked in beauty e-commerce, applying my storytelling skills to the luxury retail space and getting a crash course in my AOVs, B2Cs, and CRMs.  

 

So yes, I've been around the beauty block a few times. Now, I'm excited for all the new journeys to come.
